Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

No. All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed as each item is made to order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, no. Since all items are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

My item arrived damaged or misprinted. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll help resolve it.

Since all items are made to order, we're unable to make changes once an order has been placed. Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase.

My payment went through, but I didn’t get any updates. What now?

Please check your spam or promotions folder for your order confirmation email. If it’s not there, reach out to our support team with your payment details, and we’ll help you confirm your order status.

Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

Once an order is submitted, we cannot make any changes, including to the shipping address. Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.
